Help Catholic Charities Adopt-A-Senior Program by doing the following:
Hours of Operation: Would like volunteer to work minimum 2-3 hours a day to conduct the phone screenings.
Training: Guidance will be provided through email by the department coordinator. When volunteer is ready to start the day, they will contact the coordinator for the daily tasks and will brief them at the end of the day on what was accomplished. Volunteer will contact coordinator whenever they are ready for the next task.

- Provide assistance with phone calls to seniors to find out needs
- A list of current seniors enrolled in the program will be provided by the coordinator.
- Volunteer will call each senior on the list to assess the needs of the senior using a pre-determined Assessment Form that will be provided.
- During the phone screening, volunteer will make sure they can obtain a contact person or emergency contact for each senior.
- There will be some Spanish speaking only clients which will be identified on the list provided.
